DESCRIPTION

  • Move the ball in a figure of 8 round your legs
  • Pass the ball round your back. Who can pass the ball around their back 5 times the fastest ?.
  • Throw the ball in the air and clap before you catch it. Who can make the highest number of claps ?
  • COACHING POINTS

  • Keep two hands on the ball whenever possible
  • Relax your hands
  • Standing still to start with then try it walking, then jogging.
  • Any dropped ball, 5 press ups.
