Description

  • The aim of the drill is to develop speed and agility.

Coaching points

  • Players go through the ladder at pace.
  • Players look to put one feet in each ladder.
  • Keep your chest high and drive your elbows back.
  • Players focus is keeping his head and not looking down at the ladder
