Create 2 end zones either side of a line. 2 players are in each end zone and 2 defenders on the line.
The players in the end zones can pass the ball to each other but the aim is to try and pass the ball from one end zone to the other. Without being intercepted by the defenders who can only defend on the line.
See how many runs (1 successful pass = 1 run) the teams can score against the defenders who have to intercept the ball 3 times. No aerial balls.
