Left-handd at the top right-hand loose in middle of the stick

Left hand in watch position (if the player was to wear a watch they could see the time.)

Knees bend

head-up

Ball infront of body so ball can be dragged left to right

The ball should be moved in a rhytmic way from left to right and slightly forward each time

the stick turns over the ball (infront of the ball)
