Ballon simple pour commencer le temps que les joueuses se chauffent, précision ,descente sur les jambes et bonne orientation du corp. évolution : relance plus dur (placé ou frappé) sur le 3éme ballon on enchaine à l'attaque

COACHING POINTS

On analyse bien le mouvement et le déplacement qui doit être optimal. Attention toute particulière à l'orientation du corp au moment du contact (vers la cible)
