
The coach will stand 2-3 metres behind the baseline playing to the players forehand and backhand while the players objective is to get 50 balls into the square. After the player completes 50 balls move your square to the ad side.
The player has to focus on moving well maintaining a good position behind the ball to allow themself to play deep and high into the square.
