Michelle Johnston Coach, United States of America

DESCRIPTION

Purpose: Helps young players with hand-eye coordination and recognition depth. Description: Start with players playing catch with the ball bouncing once. Then hits progress to letting the ball bounce twice before the player catches it. Progression: Use the same sequence with players hitting balls rather simple then catching. Tips: You can make it more challenging by saying either “ one “ or “ two “ after you toss the ball and the player tries to catch the ball after that number of bounces. Safety: Ensure players are well spread out on the court.
