Get players into pairs and have them standing across from each other on the court, and with a ball between them. One player be a target and the other will be a passer. The target will throw the ball, with an underarm throw, to the passer. The passer will volley the ball back to the target for the target to catch. Once the passer has completed 10 volleys the players will switch roles.
