Player will deliver a pass from the coach at positions A-E.
-Coaches will be looking for:
1) Players calling the ball
2) Players keeping their body facing the net at all times
3) Proper footwork
4) Proper passing technique
5) Accurate Passing
***Once each athlete has gone through the drill 4x times. Than the coaches will be delivering a down ball hit when players reach positions A & E.
-Coaches will be looking for:

2) Attempting to make contact with the ball
3) Potential "digging" accuracy on more suitable down ball hits
4) Proper digging technique
