The emphasis of this drill is on proper mechanics of blocking specifically swing blocking. Players will work on their timing on blocking the middle attack and outside / right side attack. Middle blockers well block one on one in the middle and then transition to assist with an outside block. Right side blockers, during this drill, will solo block.
