DESCRIPTION

Getting Front Row players to transition off of net to pass free ball and ready for approach/kill

  • players start at net with setter in RB
  • Coach slaps ball and tosses in front of 10' line
  • Players transition and pass ball to setter who sets to one of  them to approach and hit.

COACHING POINTS

  • get players to react quickly and atransitin off of net
  • teach players to pass wiht hand when ever possible
