6 different roles per court: 2 people playing on each side (4 total), 1 feeder and 1 picking up balls.
Feeder will always feed to the same side, then the players will play the point out as a doubles team. First team to 5 wins that rotation. Once one team reaches 5, the losing team will do either 5 pushups, 5 situps or 15 line jumps. Then everybody rotates ONE spot to the left and takes their new role. Repeat and go to 5 again.
Keep rotating and then once everybody gets back to their first spot that they started at, now bring one side up and do 2 up v 2 back. Repeat as before until everybody has gone through one rotation. Then bring both sides up to have all 4 up, and repeat all the way around until everyone is back to their first spot.
Will probably take more than a class period to complete. So, maybe stretch this into 2-3 class periods.
Great drill to learn all positions of the court in different situations.
