In this session each child will have a tennis ball and a racket. They will have to hit the ball up to just above their head then when the ball comes back down they will use the bottom of the racket to guide the ball towards the floor.
They will do this for as long as they can, making sure that they are staying in control of the ball and the racket at all times.
The main focus for this session is for the children to be able to keep the ball in one place without it going everywhere.
