have some fun with a partner drill. First, get two tennis balls and space yourselves out 5 to 6 feet. Next, you will stand on 1 foot to challenge your balance. Now enhance your hand eye coordination and use different toss sequences. You can toss the tennis ball back-and-forth between one hand, alternate hands, or even make a hand exchange before throwing back to your partner. Complete at least 20 seconds on each leg before moving on. This is a great drill to warm up with and doesn’t require your muscles to be activated.
