Matching the feed to where your shot should go. Helps with preparedness and ball placement

COACHING POINTS

  • Pro explains where the shots should be hit based on feed
  • Player (A) starts at the baseline and the (F)eeder feeds the ball at random
  • The color cones on the (A) side is where the ball is fed and that feed should match the shot to the appropriate color cone across the court
  • Feed 1 ball and rotate players
