Players line up behind baseline. Place 2 rackets into net as height obstacles. Coach drop feeds from forehand corner. Player must use C swing to hit topsin to forehand corner. 1pt for shot into area. If they hit the target they win. 1st 2 players to 5 points wins.
Using a large C swing for generating topspin is important for improving rally and moving opponents outside the court while reducing errors.
