Players 1 and 2 start at the net post. the other two are waiting in line for their turn. After coach call players 1 ,2 have to sprint to the middle of net, touch it with racquet and back paddle to baseline. Whoever comes second starts with defensive ball fed by the coach and the point is played out. The winner scores the point but has to immediately run and touch the middle of service line as the next point will start immediately. Loser gets off to end of line at net post. Next, the player waiting at net post has to then take the losing players side, sprint to middle of net and then retrieve the lob played by the coach to start every other point. Whoever start as a "champ" is not allowed to hit volley of first ball. If wins the point stays on court to compete against another player. Player gets to keep his score if beaten. First to 7 points.
Coach can add bonus points for clean winner, volley winner etc.
