DESCRIPTION

  1. Injection to trapper
  2. Trappers tips the ball to the side, gently
  3. Player at top of D fakes to drag flick
  4. Instead spins and lays the ball backwards to the back-up player
  5. Back-up player pushes the ball into the far left slip
  6. Left slip in one movement slides the ball across the D
  7. Far right slip makes a late run to deflect first time into the goal

COACHING POINTS

  • Timing of the runs
  • Pace of the ball important
