5 vs 5 game (can be played with or without goals).Game 1:Possession keeping game where all passing is with the hands by throwing and catching. Teams score a point for every 10 passes they make without losing the ball.Game 2:Alternatively you can play this game with goals. All passes must be made with the hands (players can't run with the ball in hand) and players can only score with a header.

Materials: Balls, cones with numbers or cards with numbers, dice, hoops, ladders, hurdles.<br>Game Instructions: Two teams compete against each other. The first players roll the die and remember the number they rolled. The player sprints to the ladder/hurdles/cones/posts and completes the obstacle course. At the throwing line, the players aim to hit the cone with the number they rolled. Players quickly retrieve their ball and return via a second obstacle course.<br>To make it harder:Use smaller or larger balls for throwing.Increase or decrease the distances to the targets.<br>Variations:The team must hit the targets in order, from 1 to 6.Teams aim to reach a specific point total, e.g., 20. The first team to succeed wins.In pairs: if one player in the pair hits target number 3, the other must also try to hit target number 3.<br>

Two equal number teams and one neutral player work inside a half court area. The neutral players is always on the side of the team in possession so effectively if your side is in possession you have an extra player. Meanwhile the other team has to try and intercept the ball.

Two hoops are attached to the top corners of both goals with ropes. A small mat is placed on the goal line. The playersgroup is divided into two teams. The objective of this game is to throw the ball onto the ground in such a way that it either bounces onto the opponent’s mat or passes through one of the hoops.The teams play according to handball rules.A point is awarded if the ball bounces onto the opponent’s mat.Two points are awarded if the ball bounces through a hoop.No one is allowed to enter the circle around the goal.To make it more challenging:<br>Only bounce passes are allowed when crossing the playing field.At least three players from the team must have touched the ball before a point can be scored.Multiple (different) balls can be used in the game.Variations:<br>Play with one goal. A big ball is transported to the other side of the pitch by the whole team.

Playing inside half a court at both sides there is a coned area about 2 meters deep. Each team must attack the other team's zone whilst defending their own. Aim of the game : To try and bring the ball into the 'enemy' zone and make a try.

Setup:Divide the gym into two playing fields.Designate one player to be the spy and send them to the opposing team's field.Provide the spies with vests to distinguish them.<br>Gameplay:On a signal, the spy attempts to intercept passes while the opposing team passes the ball among themselves.If a pass is intercepted by the spy, the passer becomes a spy as well and joins in intercepting the ball.The game continues until one team is fully converted into spies.

Before the game starts both teams number themselves from 1 - 5 (or more dependant on number of players). The team in possession must then pass the ball around in a numeric order whilst trying not to lose possession The team in possession scores a point when all players on their team have had the ball once. Meanwhile the other team tries to intercept the ball.

Blue team tries to pass 10 times without losing or dropping the ball. Defending team try to prevent this and try to intercept and disturb passing. Once the ball drops or is intercepted they can have a try.

Two equal teams play with one ball in half the court. Two players who are on neither team hold an elastic cord (or a spare bib/piece of material) to form a moving goal. These two players must run around the pitch, keeping the goal open (stretched out). The aim of the game for the other players is to score a goal into this moving goal through use of a bounce pass.

One player stands about 2-3 meters in front of the other players. This player is the feeder for their group and passes to the other players. Once a player has caught the ball from the feeder and passed it back, they run to the back of their own queue.

Playing inside half a court with a large mat in the center players try to press the ball onto the mat in order to score a point for their team. After scoring the ball must be played to a player on the opposite team on the side line and then start the attack again ( quick throw off imitation).

In this game there are more attackers than defenders. The aim for the attackers is to dribble from one line to the other without being dispossessed. Every time they successfully do this they score a point for their team. After a player is tackled they may retrieve their ball but they will not score a point on that turn. Each team has 10 runs before you the teams are changed. The team who scored the most runs is the winning side.

Each player is given a cone, which they can place anywhere on the playing field. The coach starts the game by throwing 2 to 4 balls onto the field. The objective of the game is to knock over other players' cones with a ball. If your own cone is knocked over, you are out and must sit on the sidelines. You are also out if you accidentally knock over your own cone while defending. Eventually, only two players remain, and the player whose cone stays standing the longest wins.To make it more challenging:Variations:<br>The game can be played in two teams. Each team is given five cones to defend. The team that knocks over all the cones of the other team wins.Players are not permanently out. After running two rounds, they can place their cone back on the field and rejoin the game.<br>

In the hall, depending on the number of players, four ball crates or open springboards are placed in a square formation. Each crate contains the same number of balls.At the starting signal, players run to a different crate, grab a ball, and bring it back to their own crate without dribbling. The team with the most balls in their crate when the final signal is given wins.Making it harder:<br>You may block other players' paths.You must dribble the ball back to your own crate.You may steal the ball from a dribbling player in a correct manner.<br>

Setup:Two teams and four mats.<br>Objective:Game Instructions:Two teams play against each other. The team in possession of the ball tries to press the ball onto one of the opponent's mats. Players are not allowed to run with the ball or dribble. Play according to handball rules regarding physical contact with opponents.<br>To make it harder:<br>Use a smaller ball.Wrestling: anything is allowed to prevent opponents from pressing the ball onto the mat.All passes must bounce off the ground.Before the ball can be pressed onto the mat, it must first be passed to a predesignated king/queen.The ball can only be played with the non-dominant hand.Set a time limit, e.g., scoring must happen within 10 seconds.Play with two balls simultaneously.You can score on both mats.After scoring, the team retains possession of the ball and may attempt to score on the other mat.<br>

Two teams with an equal amount of balls stand inside their own area. On the coach's call the teams start throwing the balls at the other team (below waist height - players are not trying to hurt one another). When the trainer whistles again the balls are counted. The team that has least balls in their area wins a point.

Two teams, each with goalkeepers, play across a half-court sized pitch. Play with normal rules.

Two equal numbered teams play against each other with normal rules.The only additional rule is that at no stage may a team be ahead more then 1 goal. So at 1-0 the team who are ahead have to keep possession until the end of the game.Only if the opposition scores may they try to score again.Play this way with 5-10 minute games with regular break.

Two teams with any number of players compete on a basketball court or a similar area.The game is played according to standard handball rules, with or without dribbling. Physical contact is not allowed. A point is scored when a player throws the ball against the basketball board. If the ball touches the rim, no point is awarded.To make it more challenging:<br>A point is scored if the ball is thrown against the board and caught again by a player from the same team.A point is scored if the ball is thrown against the board and hits the ground without being touched by any players.<br>
