Two equal numbered teams play against each other with normal rules.
The only additional rule is that at no stage may a team be ahead more then 1 goal. So at 1-0 the team who are ahead have to keep possession until the end of the game.
Only if the opposition scores may they try to score again.

You could start the game with one team being 1-0 ahead.
