DESCRIPTION

Two teams. In possion pass to other players if not try to get the ball.

- 1 point is scored when the defenders touch a player in possession of the ball (attackers must pass very quickly)
- change after 2 minutes

- ask for specific pass : bounce pass. both hands etc.
- play the game without dribbling.

COACHING POINTS

- paying area not too big
- body contact is allowed : to what extend --

OFTEN USED WITH...

Handball rugby game:

Playing inside half a court at both sides there is a coned area about 2 meters deep.

Each team must attack the other team's zone whilst defending their own.

Aim of the game :

To try and bring the ball into the 'enemy' zone and make a try.

Central Goal Game:

Playing inside half a court with a large mat in the center players try to press the ball onto the mat in order to score a point for their team.

After scoring the ball must be played to a player on the opposite team on the side line and then start the attack again ( quick throw off imitation).

passing game:

Two teams divided over two sides of the area.
Aim of the game : score a point : every player in an area has to pass and receive the ball once. When every player has done so, the the ball is passed to the other area and the game goes on.

Defenders will become attackers aftera scuccesful steal or after a certain time.

Keep Possesion - Neutral Player Game:

Teams pass and must complete a certain number of passes in order to score a point.

Teams may use the neutral players at the side lines.

variation :

After every 3 passes players must pass to a neutral player, who passes back immediately.
