I have to start a training program for youths so do I need to get a training schedule?
Hey Ahmed,
Creating a 1 month program - you'll definitely need a schedule. I'm pretty sure you can find and download a template from a Google search for free or you can always create your own on excel (or any other similar program).
In regards to the sessions within this 1 month plan, you can create a full session using the Sportplan - planner.
If you're a member you'll have access to 300+ volleyball drills and (ready made) sessions, which you'll be able to incorporate into your monthly schedule, which should save you loads of time.
If you need any more information, feel free to reply at anytime.
Thanks
Sportplan Team
