how can improve the power of smash.????
Practice is the key thing here but there are a few pointers that should help you improve the power in your smash:
- Use the four step approach (use the forward momentum of your approach and transfer that into the shot),
- Ensure the ball is in front of you as you hit it,
- Use your adominal muscles to help you pull down your arm quickly (use your whole body in the shot),
- Strike the ball when at the peak of your jump
