people should be made aware of the extra cost on this site before you subscribe. misleading.
Hi Scott and thank you for your comments,
We agree that it's not 100% clear at the moment which is why we're making improvements to the site, so that in future the membership options (including free and paid) will be much clearer to new subscribers.
We do offer a lot of free coaching tools and materials for all members including:
Really sorry that you feel you've been mislead but we hope that these free tools, coupled with the changes we are making to the site, will improve your Sportplan experience in the future.
All the best,
The Sportplan Team
i agree. not very clear
Hi Bret, since Scott posted this question we have massively overhauled the site and made some major improvements both in terms of functionality and also making things clearer.
On our FAQ pages we explain what users get with free membership and also how much it costs to become a full member. Free users can still view the first 3 drills for free per category and use our coaching tools, so there's still a lot of free content and functionality for both free and paid members (full members are unrestricted and can see everything).
If there's something missing please let us know, either on site or by email (info@sportplan.com) and we'll add it as soon as possible.
Thanks,
The Sportplan Team
I am so disappointed with this site now. For the last 5 years I have used it regularly. We subscribed again for this year. We will not be renewing again. Really really poor. The first 3 drills for free per category is pathetic. A complete waste of time.
Hello Sally, we have 11 sport categories at present in volleyball, so 3 free drills per category means you have access to 33 drills as a free member. We've just checked your account though and can see that you have a Sportplan schools account which has just run out and is awaiting renewal (hence why you're limited to 3 free drills at the moment).
I've sent you an email with more details so please check your inbox asap.
