Does anyone have any good drills for 3 & 4th grade beginners?

Hi Amy,

It is important to keep the drills simple and focus on the fundamental skills of Volleyball. These include setting, spiking, passing, digging and serving. Here is a great drill to help beginners get a feel for the ball and practice setting the ball.

Bounce Up and Receive

DESCRIPTION
Volley the ball to your partner who volleys the ball to themselves one time whilst you do two block jumps this is then repeated by your partner.
