ANSWERS
Cam HughesCoach, England

Good spot, it is worth being clear on. It is three forehands. The coach feeds three balls from the basket and all three are attacking forehands hit on the move, which is the whole point of the drill — the player is working on getting their feet round the ball so they can keep taking it on the forehand rather than turning it into a backhand. Aim the three feeds so the player has to move to each one, and look for them hitting on the rise or at the top of the bounce as they attack.
