how do i do a really good reverse hit?!
What works for me is letting my right leg bend infront of the left leg, leaning over the right leg with my upper body and very important is the swing of the stick. Keep the stick in the reverse position but before contacting the ball let the stick travel above the turf longer. meaning don't angle the "flight path" of your stick to much. Lots of guys let the stick swing from high in the air instead of alongside the turf, resulting in the ball being bobbled or hit out of control.

Get your hands low
Your right shoulder dictates where you aim
A ball in front of your leading foot will send the ball right of where you are aiming
A ball behind your leading foot will send the ball left of where you are aiming
Concentrate and keep your eye on hitting the middle of the ball - this will keep your head down
Dont try an hit it too hard - this will cause your head to pop up and you will miss or top the ball.
As you get better you can then start to put more of your body into the shot to hit it harder by rotating your shoulders, hips and knees through the shot
