how do i increase my vertical?
Depending on your age you could consider a plyometric and strength program.
There are many good vertical jump programs available on the internet. For example the Vertical Jump Bible, Air alert etc
It all involves a lot of repetition and explosive movements.
Adding in strength exercises such as calf raises, body weight squats, wall sits.
Plyometric exercises like vertical jumps, depth jumps, broad jumps, side to side jumps, box jumps are all very good proven ways of increasing your vertical.
I would look around the internet and try and find the right program for you and the amount of time you can dedicate to training.
Of course don't remember that a part of vertival jump is about your talent and genetic.I knew some one without good muscular body but he jumped unbelievable.one exercise to increase youe vertical jump is: when you lay up carry ball to the basket with your right hand and touch the board with your left hand or you can do this revers.
