Players stand in pairs with a ball between them. The player starting with the ball spikes it to their teammate, who digs it back.
The receiver then spikes the ball again but this time, the digger must dive to dig the ball back, regardless of their distance to the ball.
Players should count every successful dig they do and compare with others. This improves communication and adds a competition element to the drill.
