In pairs, get the players to face each other.
Player 1 underarm throws the ball high to his/her partner so they have to receive the ball using the dig method, and then they catch it.
The player who received the ball then passes the ball back to the partner who receives the ball using the dig method, and then catches it.
This is a good drill for training your player the correct technique and body shape to receive the ball.
