This session highlights the importance of using different type of spins and slices, improving your player’s arsenal of shots and ready to confuse the opposition. Develop their tactical understanding by executing the right shot at the right time, giving your players opportunities to put the opposition on the back foot, and on their way to victory!
What’s in this Session?
Warm up your players, making sure they are raring to go, before we start working on the different type of shots from the off. Work on your player’s topspin and alternate with the forehand slice, encouraging your player to respond well to each one. We then mix it up further by working on their drop shot and the lob, before then finishing off with the backhand slice - so your players can recover from the opposition attempting to lob them.
Give your players a helping hand on court, by handing them a whole arsenal of shots to work with!
