Creating opportunities
If your players are struggling to create opportunities on court, then use this session to help develop their tactics, ready to use planned strategies to beat the opposition. Plan to the point and mix it up with different tactical patterns, which your players can deploy automatically when needed, so they can create more chances. More opportunities equals more points!
With excellent video drills, such as Always in the same spot, get your players working on their groundstrokes and thinking of their tactics. Help them constantly adapt to different shots from the opposition, as well as performing to a consistent level, to achieve success on court.
