Players need to be confident when carrying the ball from either side of the pitch and passing on the move, especially with the self-pass rule.
If players look uncomfortable carrying the ball it's likely their opponents will spot their weaker side and will often deliberately force them onto it, as they know they won't be able to make an effective pass when running from either their left or right-hand.

To get your players switching the ball from left to right and right to left this session starts with a simple slalom warm up. We then progress this with three pass and move exercises, before finishing with a fun conditioned game, designed to get your players running with the ball.
