Standing still the player should move the ball around the cones in a figure of eight shape.
Don't just stick to your preferred side. Ensure players go in both directions.
Introduce a competition by pairing players up. Each player has one minute to do as many figures of eight as possible around the cones. The non-active player should count how many times.
