DESCRIPTION

  • Setup the practice as shown.

    • Player 1 runs at the left cone and then drags the ball across their body from their reverse stick side to their open stick.

    Player 1 then goes around the cone before passing the ball to the next player.

    Open Side Drag Relay | Eliminating a Player

    Open Side Drag Relay:

  • Setup the practice as shown.

    • Player 1 runs at the right cone before dragging the ball across their body to their reverse stick and going around the cone. The player then passes the ball to Player 2 who repeats the exercise.

    Eliminating a Player
    Pull Back | Skill Circuit

    Pull Back:

    Player runs to the left of the cone and pulls the ball back. He/she then runs to the next cone etc. On completion of the circuit, give the ball to the next player.
    3 - 4 players per group, if space is limited and there are more then 4 players per group, use 2 balls.

    Player runs with the ball in close control to the 2 cones to then reverse turn and pass the ball to the front player of the next group. ( 2 cones through which to pass maybe a good idea) Each player follows their own pass to the back of the que

    reverse turns both way.:

    Players run with the ball at the cones (pretending these are a defender).

    The players reverse or forehand turn away from the cones to then continue straight and pass the ball to the other side.
