Purpose: To push the ball through your opponents goal

Structure: Pairs

COACHING POINTS

Ball:
Move the feet so the right foot is in line with the ball

Body:
Drop the body weight
90° at the knees

Footwork detail:

  1. Slide the right foot
  2. Drop body weight
  3. Delayed big step onto the left foot
