One of the four defenders in the circle passes the ball from inside the circle to the 4 forwards on the half way line.
As the moment of the pass two defenders have to run around one of the cones on the 23m line before they can defend, the other two defenders can defend straight away.
If used as end game put goal on halfway line.
If the attackers are quick they have a 4v2 otherwise it will be 4v4.
After each attack the attackers become the next defender. Defenders start in the circle attackers start on the half way line.
