Teams of 3 - 4 players. Each team numbers themselves 1-2-3-4 and has one ball. The ball should be passed around the team in numerical order whilst moving around the set area.
When the player has passed the ball, he/she can try and intercept the ball from one of the other teams (no tackling). First team to pass the ball 12 times is the winner.
