4 or more players with one ball. Players pass the ball to the middle player then run to the wall pass then pass and follow the ball to the player on the other side who repeats the exercise the other way.

Wall pass under pressure:

4 players with 2 balls. One player in the middle is tightly marked. One of the players with the ball passes the ball at the marked player who then wall passes the ball back to this player for him/her to run with the ball to the other side. Then the 2nd player with the ball does the same once on the other side. Turn and repeat role reversal in the middle.

Passing & Receiving

Wall Pass:

1 Player starts with the ball and does not move.

The other player starts at the cone.

He / she runs at the player with the ball who passes the ball to the moving player who in turn, wall passes the ball back to them. Return to the cone, swap after 10x.

Passing & Receiving

Wall Pass Circuit with Defender:

Pass and follow with a wall pass.

Player 1 passes the ball for a wall pass to player after receiving the ball back. Player 1 passes the ball to player 4. Player 4 does a wall pass with player 3 and receives the ball back. Player 4 then continues and plays a 2v1 at the top of the circle against the defender (only allowed to defend outside the circle.

Introduce defender on top of circle for 1v1.

Passing & Receiving

Wall Pass and Receive Back:

1 - pass to player in middle.
2 - Wall pass back and player runs onto wall pass.
3 - Wall passer runs away from the middle, and receives the ball back.
4 - pass to player other side and follow the ball.
Repeat back.
1st passer is now wall passer.
