Description

Player in the middle runs to receive the ball on his/her reverse stick side from one of the sides and then passes it on. He/she then runs out to receive the ball on the reverse again. Repeat.

Coaching points

For less experienced players, have them run with their stick on the ground. This will remove the timing of the stick to ball and improve trap rate
