Receive reverse on the move:

2 Balls Players in the middle receive the ball on the reverse pass the ball on to the next player to then receiving the same ball back again on the reverse.

Passing & Receiving

Receiving the ball in space on the reverse stick:

Make two squares, one big one with a smaller inner square. 3 players stand inside the small square and a fourth player stands on one of the outside square's corners with the ball.

The outside player passes the ball anti-clockwise to the player running out of the middle, who receives the ball by the next outside cone (cone A).
This player then passes the ball to the next player running out - timing their pass so that it arrives at the outside cone as the runner does.

Receive Fitness:

3 Players, 2 Balls. One of the players runs between the two players with the balls. He/she receives and returns the ball to the same player. FOREHAND TO FOREHAND ONLY.

Receiving the ball on the move:

1 - when receiving the ball on the forehand, the player should let the ball role passed the right foot, then continue the run, then pass back the ball.

2 - receives the ball on the reverse (allow ball to run passed left foot) and continues to run with the ball on the forehand before passing back the ball.
