DESCRIPTION

3 Players, 2 Balls. One of the players runs between the two players with the balls. He/she receives and returns the ball to the same player. FOREHAND TO FOREHAND ONLY.

COACHING POINTS

Try and trap the ball between the feet whilst keeping a strong base, bend the knees but keep the stick in front of the body with left elbow high.
