Pick a position on the pitch and decide (right defender) a) which players feed the position (sweeper) b) which 2 players can he/she pass to (right wing and inside forward). The feeder then keeps feeding the ball to the position chosen. The passes from this player alternate between the other two who feed pass the ball back to the feeder.
