- 4 players have to move the ball across the box containing one defender
- Players must remain on the corners of the box
- The defender can move along the line from side to side, but cannot encroach on the players hitting
- If the ball is intercepted, swap the defender in the middle with the player who hit the ball
- Players should use there body position to disguise their pass
- The defender should attempt to dictate where the ball can go through their positioning in the box
- Allow the two players on one side to pass to each other, in an attempt to move the defender
- Allow the players on the outside to move up and down the box edge
- Increase the number of defenders
- Make the area smaller
