Description
- Passing and Receiving the ball on the 45 (degree)
- Moving the ball into space
- A feeder moves forward, passing the ball into a static forward
- Defender must move around one of the flags and put pressure on the forward
- Forward should move the ball into the space vacated by the defenders movement
Coaching points
- Prescanning to be aware of the defenders positioning
- The collection of the ball will depend on how close the defender is. If the defender is very close, the forward may wish to knock the ball into the space, removing the ability to make a challenge
