Description
- Utilise the Indian Dribble to manoeuvre through the cones
- Alternate open side and reverse side pushes through each gap in the cones
Coaching points
- Make sure the drag is as large as to ensure the 'defender' is eliminated
- Notice that the entire body moves through the cones as well as the ball.
