Same principle as the straight relays, but players have to run diagonally across avoiding the other team.
It is that all players keep their heads up and do not run so fast that it causes them to lose control of the ball.
Avoid other players by keeping the head up where possible. The right hand should not be too low or high on the stick as this will either slow the player down or make them weaker on the ball. Keep a high left elbow to allow a more upright stick. Arms away from the body, keeping the ball away from the feet.
