Players run with the ball at the cones (pretending these are a defender).
The players reverse or forehand turn away from the cones to then continue straight and pass the ball to the other side.
It is very important for the players to speed up after having turned away to then continue the turn to fininsh up going in the forward direction again.
Players should stay low and should look over the ball.
