- Perform a V-drag and then roll strong
- Can perform 2 practices per rotation
- V-drag from left to right at first red cone
- Roll strong at blue (1st run) and yellow (second run) cones
- Emphasise the importance of large drags, and how they will eliminate players in games
- The roll strong is just as important as the V-drag, and should be performed at pace
- Players heads should be up as much as possible
- Reduce the number of players involved to increase the intensity of the drill
- On the blow of the whistle, have players change direction (use a right to left v drag, and a one handed reverse carry)
