- Group of players at one end
- A set of coloured gates at the other
- Passive defender in the middle
- Players must utilise the V-drag from right to left to eliminate the defender
- The defender should make a move towards the player, and extend a flat stick challenge, but should not attempt to take the ball
- Ball should remain under control and dribbled through the red gate
- An initial drag to the right increases the effectiveness of this skill
- The initial dribble of the ball should be made at an angle to move the defenders feet
- Install a second different in a second area to increase the number of V-drags required
- Have the player in possession take a shot against a goalkeeper after the elimination skill has been used. This secondary task will increase a players ability to think during a game
